From Points East:

Take I-95 S toward New London.
Take Exit 83 to merge onto US 1 S / I-95 S Frontage Rd (Service Rd).
Slight Right onto US 1 S / Colman St.
At end of ramp, turn left onto US 1 S Colman St
Continue 1.7 miles to end of Colman St
Turn Left onto US 1 S / Bank St.
Note after traveling .3 miles the road name will change from Bank St to Boston Post Rd at the Waterford / New London line.
Continue .8 miles to Lilac Spa.
Note: 1 door prior to Lilac Spa turn right on Woodland Grove Dr. Immediately turn left into parking lot in rear.

 

From Points West:

Take I-95 N toward New London,
Take Exit 75 US 1 toward Waterford.
At end of ramp take a slight right onto US 1 North / Boston Post Rd.
Continue 4.7 miles. Lilac Spa is on the left. Note there is a Dunkin Donut on the right just before Lilac Spa.
Continue past Lilac Spa and take a left on Woodland Grove Dr. Immediately turn left into parking lot in rear.

 

From Points North:

Take I-395 S toward New Haven
Take exit 77 for CT-85 toward Waterford (Crystal Mall)
At end of ramp turn left onto CT-85 S / Hartford Turnpike.
Continue .9 miles and turn right onto Cross Rd.
Continuer 2.2 miles and turn left onto US 1 North / Boston Post Rd.
Continue 2.5 miles. Lilac Spa is on the left. Note there is a Dunkin Donut on the right just before Lilac Spa.
Continue past Lilac Spa and take a left on Woodland Grove Dr. Immediately turn left into parking lot in rear.
